Intake (60 min) and Ongoing Sessions (50min) Rates: $150

Payment is required at the end of the session and will be made by charging the credit card on file. A receipt will be emailed to you for you to submit to your insurance company.

As OHIP does not cover psychotherapy services, many insurance plans do. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your coverage and eligibility for services from a Registered Psychotherapist.

I understand emergencies and unforeseen sickness do happen. If you are unable to make your appointment, please log into your Jane profile and cancel the appointment 24 hours before the time of your session. If you can email me to reschedule the session at that time, I would recommend doing so to guarantee the time slot you require.

In circumstances where there is a late cancellation, within the 24 hours of the appointment or you do not show for your appointment, you will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost.

*Please be aware that if you chose to only email the clinician, there is NO guarantee the clinician will be accessing their emails to make appointment changes.

If I have to cancel your session, I will reach out to cancel and reschedule the appointment with no fee to be charged.
